Although I was supposed to write it after 2 weeks of use, I felt I could provide a more thorough review after about a month of use. My skin type is extremely, extremely dry! On top of that, I have sensitive skin with atopy... It's the worst type where even the most hydrating products get absorbed quickly, leaving my skin dry again. Texture - This is the most fascinating cream I've used so far! At first application, it feels rich, but as you massage it in, it transforms into a watery texture, almost like it's forming a moisture barrier! Hydration - Being a hydrating cream, it really keeps my skin from feeling dry. Most surprisingly, my skin, which usually develops dead skin cells and cracks throughout all four seasons, responded well to this. It truly lives up to its name, great for layering! Effects - Remember how I mentioned my skin cracks all year round? I was most satisfied with how it seemed to subdue the appearance of dead skin cells! I didn't find anything particularly disappointing during my month of use! After cleansing, I use an exfoliating toner with a pad, then apply 1-2 layers of this cream and let it absorb. I follow with serum, ampoule, and then another cream. This routine really helps combat deep dryness. I use the same method before makeup, and there's no pilling or flaking at all!

Even dermatologist-prescribed creams caused issues for me. But this product is a game-changer - no breakouts at all! That alone is a huge win for me. After carefully observing its effects for several days, I can confidently say this cream has no downsides. The texture is smooth without feeling too light or heavy. It doesn't leave an unpleasant oily residue, but instead provides just the right amount of hydration. There's absolutely no pilling - it absorbs quickly without any stickiness, leaving only a moisturized feeling. You know what I mean? It's just perfect! My application tip: After prepping the skin with toner and serum for ample hydration, I mix a tiny amount of retinol serum or vitamin A derivative ointment with this cream. (On days when my skin needs extra care, I add a drop of ceramide or panthenol serum on top. It works synergistically with the cream and absorbs beautifully into the skin.) Following this routine, my skin condition has improved dramatically. I had zero expectations, but I'm amazed at how well it works. I'm planning to try other Glou products too! The packaging is adorable, and the dispenser is clean and efficient. Honestly, if a product's packaging is too tacky, it's hard to recommend no matter how good the contents are. But this one is perfect to carry in your makeup pouch! My friends always ask about it when they see me applying it - that's how portable and eye-catching it is. Although I first tried this cream as part of The Hwahae Testers program, I'll definitely repurchase it when I run out! The fragrance could be improved. It has a strong scent similar to hand cream. As mentioned above, I found it works great when applied with retinol or similar ingredients! I also apply it generously on my neck.

It applies smoothly and absorbs well. At first, you might wonder if it's hydrating enough for the whole face, but as time passes, you can feel the moisturizing effect. Waking up, your skin looks better. It makes you realize what good absorption really means. I think it's better than products that instantly make your skin look moist. Also, the nozzle of the container is great for applying directly to the face without any discomfort. I don't like using the back of my hand, so I squeeze it right onto my face, and the rounded tip doesn't irritate the skin. The only thing I find disappointing is that the scent isn't my style. But fragrance is such a personal preference. Other than that, I think you'll be satisfied when you try it.

I'm writing this review after using almost the entire jar. From the first application, this cream instantly became my holy grail! For me, the aroma is absolutely divine - I'm head over heels for it! I was amazed to see my complexion brighten immediately upon application. The cream imparts a beautiful glow, likely due to its rich content of beneficial ingredients like peptides and collagen.
