I used to manage my hair with a famous spray-on hair treatment, but after discovering this gem, I've completely switched over. The texture is like water! The spray nozzle is easy to press, which is great!! The scent is luxurious... While I'm not particularly sensitive to smells and lack the vocabulary to describe it precisely, it's a sophisticated fragrance that I don't think would be polarizing... A familiar yet high-end scent? I was extremely satisfied with how it feels to use. Given its water-like consistency, it applies smoothly and lightly. I tried using 3-4 pumps and worried it might make my hair sticky, but not at all! No issues whatsoever!! And it improves hair texture just as well as spray-on treatments... To be honest, I didn't expect much, but when I applied it before drying my hair, oh my goodness! I could run my fingers through so easily... It was like butter! Unbelievable!!!! Plus, the subtle lingering scent in my hair is that same luxurious fragrance, making me absolutely thrilled with this product!!! As good and luxurious as it is, it's a bit pricey... Though I think even if you buy it with a heavy heart, you won't regret it. You might already know this, but... When applying, if you comb through your hair with your fingers, it spreads evenly. Application: I usually use Moroccan hair oil, but its thick consistency can make hair greasy if I use too much. This product absorbs much more lightly, and even if I apply a lot, it doesn't feel heavy or make my hair greasy. Fragrance: It has a light floral scent that's not overwhelming and gently envelops your hair. Improvement: I can really feel my hair becoming smoother. Even on rainy days when my hair would normally be frizzy, it stays neat and tamed. Longevity: The fragrance doesn't last as long as I'd like. I usually spray perfume a few times before blow-drying, but I stopped because this serum has its own scent. Unfortunately, the scent fades quite quickly. Price: It's on the pricier side for hair serums. While it's nice to use and has luxurious packaging, it's not a price I could justify for regular repurchases. I apply it thoroughly before blow-drying, then lightly add a bit more to the ends after drying. I was a bit worried that this oil might not be as effective after drying since it's thinner and lighter than my usual one. But wow, this is really nice! The ingredients seem to absorb well into the hair, making it soft and smooth. When I brush my hair, there's no tangling at all - it glides through effortlessly! Plus, the scent isn't overwhelming, so it's comfortable to use without any headaches. One slight drawback is that I prefer using scented hair products like shampoos or hair oils instead of perfumes. While this hair oil does have a fragrance, it's not strong enough to replace perfume. For a more accurate review, I washed my hair using only this shampoo without any other products, and I was incredibly satisfied beyond my expectations. I was initially a bit worried that the fragrance might be overwhelming since it's a perfume shampoo, but it wasn't like that at all. The scent was pleasantly subtle. It had a neutral aroma rather than a sweet one. Also, I was glad that it didn't cause any blemishes on my facial skin after use. Now, the main point - the split ends visibly disappeared right away! That's why I'm 10000% sure I'll repurchase it in the future. I finally understand why people are so obsessed with smooth, tame hair instead of frizzy locks. After washing in the morning and going out, it gets greasy within 12 hours. Even after sleeping, it's still oily. If I skip shampooing for just one day, my scalp starts to smell and gets excessively oily. My hair is thin and long, reaching my waist. Due to regular full-color treatments and perms, it lacks moisture, tangles easily, and is prone to breakage. Experience: This product works well for my oily scalp. Compared to my previous hair essence from Mo*Mo, this one feels lighter. It's not greasy but still light, and when applied, it makes my hair smooth without tangling, which I love. Some heavier formulas can clump or stick to my hands, but this one is light yet effective, which I really appreciate. Scent: I absolutely adore the fragrance - it's not headache-inducing at all. It reminds me of acacia and freesia flowers with a hint of honey. It's a fresh, floral scent with a sweet undertone that's perfect for summer. Scent Longevity: As it's a perfume essence, I expected the fragrance to be more intense and long-lasting. Maybe it's because of the hot weather lately, but the scent seems to dissipate quickly when I go out in the sun. By the time I get to work, most of the fragrance has faded. I have to bring my hair close to my nose to catch a whiff of the scent. Blemishes: (This is common for most hair essences on my oily skin) After applying the essence, if my hair touches the skin around my neck, I tend to get one or two small pimples. It might not be ideal for bleached hair. For color-treated or permed hair without bleaching, it provides sufficient softness. Applying it when your hair is still slightly damp after shampooing helps lock in moisture while blow-drying.
