Its rich balm-like texture gives lips a glossy finish and provides excellent hydration. I received this as a gift and tried it, but it seems difficult to purchase as it's not widely available in many stores. I'm disappointed that the ingredient composition doesn't meet my standards. Since it's applied to the lips and could potentially be ingested, I tend to be more critical of the ingredients.

Being colorless and non-greasy after application, it's a great combo when used before tints or lipsticks - it doesn't dry out your lips! I've been applying it every night before bed, and my lips have stayed soft and smooth. It even helps manage dead skin cells, which is nice. The ingredients aren't particularly impressive. While the tube packaging seems hygienic, you need to be careful to keep the opening clean. Especially when using it during makeup, it can get contaminated with foundation or other cosmetics from your lips, which might actually make it less hygienic. It's easy for product to get pushed inside the tube while applying. It might spoil easily too - recently, I applied a bit more than usual before bed, and woke up with bumpy dead skin cells around the edges of my lips, almost like blisters. They weren't actual blisters, just a rough texture that disappeared on its own. But when I tried using it again a week later before applying tint, the same thing happened, so I had to throw it out. Even if it feels wasteful, please discard products once they're past their expiration date! This works great under matte tints and lipsticks! I received mine as a gift with a mist, but considering the value for money, there are many gentler and better products out there. Being in a tube format, it's more hygienic than a stick as you can wipe it clean before use. I bought this for my dry, chapped lips, but it just smeared around without any real effect. My lips were extremely dry, but this product is amazing for hydration and doesn't have any irritating scent at all! I usually dislike lip balms that feel greasy, but this one doesn't have that issue, which I love. After using it for over 3 years, I find other lip products too drying to use! It seems like our country is the only one where it's no longer available. Looks like we'll have to buy it from international online stores or through direct purchases. It feels wonderfully hydrating the moment you apply it. However, the moisture disappears quickly, making you want to reapply right away. Although it comes in a generous tube, it gets used up fast. The price is on the higher side too. The hydration seems to evaporate too quickly. Since it's a lip product that you end up ingesting, it's worth noting that the taste isn't particularly pleasant. While it provides a nice burst of hydration initially, the effects don't last long. 1. The tube packaging is hygienic and economical. 2. It applies smoothly without stickiness, perfect for my sensitive and dry lips. 3. I've tried almost every lip balm on the market, but I always come back to this one. I've been using it exclusively for 5 years now. 4. My lips, which suffered from eczema until 5 years ago, have completely healed since I started using this. 5. The rich consistency applies delicately and evenly. 6. It has a unique scent that reminds me of milk mixed with orange or lemon, giving a healthy vibe that I really like. While it might seem a bit pricey, I've never found a lip balm that compares to this one, so I plan to keep using it. It's incredibly hydrating. The texture is slightly thicker than an emulsion, which is great because it's not sticky. As time passes, you barely feel like you've applied anything to your lips, but the moisture is maintained throughout! I used the Uriage Bariéderm Lèvres just before this, and it's just as hydrating. The scent is very similar to Nivea lip balm. I'm not a fan of this kind of fragrance... I think I'd prefer it to be unscented. Also, the price... I bought it at a duty-free shop and it still cost over $20. If you don't exfoliate your lips before applying, the lip balm doesn't absorb well! I bought this because I heard it was moisturizing, but I might as well have used Vaseline! It's the worst lip product I've ever used. Far from making my lips feel hydrated, it just sits on top of the skin. I used it once and haven't touched it since. - ja*****Oily SkinNov 28, 2015
I often use lip products because my lips tend to be dry, and this one was pretty good. Honestly, I can't think of anything disappointing about it except for the price.
