It's great for daily use. Pretty decent overall! It would be nice if they released a larger size version. - qk******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 23, 2025
I'm really satisfied with this product in many ways! First, I always remove my makeup with oil after work, followed by a mild alkaline cleanser. I was curious to see how the Dicthioneist product would perform, so I gave it a test. When I squeezed it out, the texture was light, similar to a hydrating moisturizer. When I lathered it up, the foam wasn't dense, but rather light and fluffy - it foamed up really well! Even just rubbing it with wet hands creates a nice lather. The best part? There's almost no tightness after cleansing - amazing! I used to use a mild alkaline cleanser for its cleansing power, but it left my skin feeling tight. With the Dicthioneist product, there's no tightness at all, and no stinging or irritation either. Visually, I couldn't see any residue or areas that weren't cleaned well. After cleansing, I used a toner pad to refine my skin texture and check for any remaining residue. There was a little bit on the pad, so while the cleansing effectiveness might be slightly lower, I'm giving it high marks for its ability to protect the skin barrier and reduce deep dryness. The amount seems a bit small, so I feel like I'll use it up quickly. I wish they'd come out with a larger size. Other than that, I don't have any major complaints. While the cleansing effectiveness is a bit lower, it's great to use after thoroughly removing makeup as a first step. It's also excellent for morning cleansing routines. - 77****Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJun 14, 2025
It's gentle enough to use with my child. Seems effective at removing excess sebum too. I haven't noticed any significant improvements, but I'm using it well. It's gentle on the skin. I chose this foam cleanser because my skin is dry and I wanted something that would keep it moisturized even after washing. The ingredients are great, and it's supposed to be good for strengthening the skin barrier and cleansing impurities from pores. I'm happy to say the experience of using it has been great too! It creates a dense, soft lather that's gentle on the skin. There's no tightness after cleansing, so I'd recommend it for those with dry skin. It's good for a gentle morning cleanse. However, you'll need to use a separate makeup remover for color cosmetics. Make sure to work up a good lather before applying it to your face. - bs***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 28, 2025
The foam is rich and luxurious, and it has excellent cleansing effectiveness. After use, there's hardly any feeling of tightness on the skin. I've been using it for about two weeks, and I haven't experienced any blemishes. There's nothing particularly negative to mention. The amount is just right, and the container is convenient to use. - mj******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRednessRecommendedMay 25, 2025
This cleansing foam has a great lather and provides satisfactory cleansing effectiveness. While I didn't find any particular drawbacks, some individuals might experience slight irritation due to certain ingredients. - sy******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 20, 2025
As someone with oily skin, I prefer this product's refreshing yet moisturizing feel over something that's just overly hydrating. It leaves my skin feeling clean without being excessively tight - just the right amount of freshness for me. I'm impressed by how gentle it is - no irritation at all. And the fact that it's fragrance-free is quite innovative! It lathers up nicely, and when I massage it like a pack-foam cleanser and rinse it off, my skin feels thoroughly cleansed. There's not much to complain about, really. While it seems to be unscented, I do detect a slight medicinal smell. - sh*****Combination SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2025
I use it for dinner. There are no particular troubles, it's ordinary. The fragrance is completely absent. It may be an advantage for others. - su********Combination SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 16, 2025
Okay, I'm satisfied because there's no dry feeling after using the cleansing product. I also like using the oil afterwards. So far, it seems like the biggest downside is that it's not visible. - tk**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2025
Since I don't wear much makeup, I often cleanse my bare face. While this cleanser might not remove everything due to its low pH, it's gentle and non-irritating. As someone with super sensitive skin that can break out immediately or need an adjustment period, I found this cleanser worked well for me. Perhaps it's because of the kind ingredients and the simple formulation. I've tried Dictionista toner and cream before, which didn't suit me, so I'm glad this cleanser is a good match. It doesn't effectively remove sunscreen or heavy makeup. I found using a cleansing water first, followed by this cleansing foam as a second step, works better for thorough cleansing. While the Dictionista toner and cream didn't suit me, I really like this cleanser.
