It effectively covers pores on the nose, forehead, and cheeks while providing a brightening effect, making the skin texture look great. I only need to apply it to areas with prominent pores, not the entire face, and I've already used over three tubes because it's that good. I've tried pore-covering products from Benefit and Clarins, but I've settled on this one. It applies with a matte finish but gives a dry feeling. If you don't moisturize well beforehand, it can be too drying. While pore primers might all be similar, I checked the ingredients on the Hwahae app for the first time, and they're not particularly impressive.

Once it's absorbed, there's no pilling when you apply other products on top! It definitely covers blackheads and uneven texture, so sometimes I just wear this product alone when I go out! The shade might be slightly dark for me since I use the light 21 shade. It doesn't cover larger pores! Those with dry skin might feel some dryness! I found that using this product before sunscreen results in better coverage without pilling. Applying with your hands works best! It has a very silky and matte finish, and absorbs well into the skin. You only need a tiny amount, so even though it's pricey, it should last a long time. I have combination skin, with my cheeks being a bit dry while my nose, forehead, and chin are oily. Overall, my skin tends to be dry, so I focus on hydration, but this product feels too matte for me. I'm not sure if it covers well, possibly because of the larger pores on my cheeks. This product might work well for those with very oily skin and those who don't have significantly large pores. As someone with oily and complex skin, I was introduced to dr. brandt by a colleague. I'm quite satisfied with this product as it controls shine and leaves my complexion silky and smooth after application, providing a gentle and comfortable feel. The price point is certainly not cheap, so continued use might become a bit of a burden on the wallet.
