While the coverage is light, it adheres to the skin perfectly and evens out my complexion beautifully. Even with my oily skin, it gives a pretty glow and doesn't break down as much over time compared to other products. The design, with its rose gold and pink tones, strikes a perfect balance between elegance and lightness. The coverage is a bit on the lighter side. It tends to settle slightly into the creases around the nose. If you have oily skin but still want that coveted glow, come running to Espoir! - ye************Combination SkinRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 13, 2025
It gives your skin an incredibly luxurious department store cushion-level glow. The staying power is decent, and the coverage? It's enough to even out your complexion. Highly recommended for dry skin, but other skin types will definitely need to use a setting spray. - je************Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 4, 2025
As someone with monolids, a spacious face, and a plain facial shape, I heard that having glossy skin could be quite flattering. So I decided to give this product a try. The moment I applied it, my skin started to sparkle! It's not overwhelming, but it's noticeable enough that others might think, "Wow, their complexion looks pretty good!" You know what I mean? I absolutely love how it brightens up my usually dull complexion, adding a lively glow! Since this was my first time using a glossy product, I might have been a bit shocked. The coverage isn't great, so you'll need to use concealer first and then follow up with a cushion foundation to achieve a decent complexion. However, considering that natural, subtle makeup is the trend these days, I think this level of coverage is acceptable. When using this product, remember that it's more about enhancing your natural glow rather than providing full coverage. For those with combination dehydrated skin or super sensitive skin, you might want to layer it with other products for best results. It's great for achieving that coveted "Inner Glow" look without feeling sticky or causing irritation. - tm********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 3, 2025
As an Espoir fan, I often try their products. While they consistently deliver above-average quality, I've never felt any of them were the absolute best. The compact case is stylish, and the puff is nice and firm. When applied, it provides a natural coverage and brightening effect, giving a beautiful glow to the skin. As for staying power, being a "glow" product, if I leave the house in the morning without touch-ups, by afternoon it's like I'm bare-faced... But the light coverage and wear-off are pretty much what you'd expect from this type of product. - yy*****Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessJun 27, 2025
The cushion compact has a sleek and attractive design. When applied, it creates a beautiful glow without much darkening of the skin. Since it's a glow cushion, it tends to transfer easily if applied even slightly thick. It's so prone to transferring and rubbing off that I hesitate to touch my face. In my case, I use this cushion to add a subtle glow after applying other foundations, cushions, sunscreens, or BB creams when I want to enhance my Inner Glow. - mn********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJun 25, 2025
I love natural, lightweight makeup, and this product has become my go-to cushion foundation! It doesn't give an overly glowy finish, which I appreciate for its subtle and beautiful glow. The puff works so well with it that I even bought the liquid foundation version. Even when it starts to wear off, it seems to do so gracefully. The coverage isn't particularly high, and the amount of product isn't very generous, so you might find yourself running out quickly. If you're looking for a daily makeup option that gives you a natural, beautiful Inner Glow, definitely give this a try! - so*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessJun 22, 2025
The ivory shade is absolutely gorgeous! I had high hopes for ESPOIR's color selection as always, and they certainly didn't disappoint. The color is truly stunning! No matter what method I try, I can't get this to adhere to my skin... Usually, I think if the coverage is low, you can use concealer; if it doesn't last long, use a fixer; if it's oily, use powder. But this is different. I've tried various puffs, including ones that create a matte finish and those designed for better adherence. I've even used fixers, but nothing helps it stick to my skin. To make matters worse, when I try to apply another layer, it just comes right off. It's so frustrating! - tv********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRednessJun 19, 2025
The hydration level is perfect for easy application! It would be great for those with already good skin. I'm really wondering what's going on with Espoir. The coverage is so poor, it's like I've just applied sunscreen. It might be okay to use on days when your skin is in good condition and you're fine with a barely-there makeup look. This product seems to offer light coverage and a moisturizing feel. It's more suitable for those who prefer a natural look or have relatively clear skin. For those seeking more coverage or dealing with blemishes, this might not be the best choice. The hydration it provides could be beneficial for maintaining the skin's moisture balance throughout the day. - se************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 6, 2025
It's great for dry skin as it's so hydrating! However, the coverage is practically non-existent. I occasionally get blemishes, but I'm not sure if the cushion is the culprit. - gi********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 21, 2025
Great for dry complexions! While the coverage wasn't exceptional, it wasn't bad either. I'm not sure if it was because of this, but I experienced some blemishes popping up... ugh.
