The packaging is luxurious. That's about the only positive thing I can say, because I'm regretting this purchase... The color is completely different from what's shown on the official website. It's so warm-toned that cool-toned individuals can't use it at all. I'd recommend this for those with deep undertones... but since it's already discontinued, I suggest looking for other muted-tone products instead. - ah*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 21, 2022
The color is exactly as I imagined. It applies smoothly and leaves a velvety finish on the lips. It broke on the first day... So disappointing! While it looks matte, it transfers heavily onto masks. - mi********Combination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2022
The color is intriguingly beautiful. I have lip atopic dermatitis, and usually when I apply the wrong lip product, it flares up. However, this one was fine for me. It comes off easily... Apart from that, everything else was really great! - hu***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJan 9, 2022
The texture and color are both on point. The 'Rose Mist Grey' shade I used is an attractive MLBB (My Lips But Better) color. It's like a cool rose hue with a drop of dawn dew. Perfect for creating a calm yet chic look in this cooler season. Both my cool-toned self and my warm-toned mom were satisfied. The velvet matte texture applies smoothly regardless of lip condition. It's not extremely matte, so reapplication doesn't emphasize dead skin cells. Being a lightweight and soft lip product, it doesn't provide intense color payoff on the lips. - gk**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 21, 2021
The color is like dried rose with a drop or two of grayish hue mixed in. It's truly a unique rose shade I've never seen anywhere else, perfect for this time of year. It applies smoothly and moisturizes, so you don't need to press hard - it glides on effortlessly. Even with multiple layers, there's no clumping, and when worn alone, it gives that effortless 'no-makeup makeup' look. Since it's not a staining product like a tint, the staying power is pretty disappointing. It seems to disappear quickly, so if you're looking for long-lasting color, I wouldn't recommend it. I suggest using it as a base before applying tint, or dabbing it on top of your tint. It looks beautiful when layered, so that's how I'd advise wearing it. - ba******Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 19, 2021
#RoseMittsGrey #Espoir From the packaging, it comes in a grey box. The lipstick tube has a matte finish on the front, while the back is transparent, allowing you to check the lipstick's condition. First off, the application is... mind-blowing! It glides on like velvet - incredibly smooth, without pilling or clumping. While most of Espoir's velvet products are smooth, this one - the No Wear Mitts Grey Rose Mitt Grey - takes the crown for the most silky application when tested on the palm! The #RoseMittsGrey color is a classic dried rose hue. To be honest, it's not drastically different from the many muted roses and MLBB shades out there. On the lips, it's a beautiful dry rose color with a sophisticated vibe, without any visible grey tones. However, as you layer it, there's a subtle increase in that faded, greyish, muted atmosphere. The rose tones become more pronounced with each application, making it great for multiple layers. In conclusion, this is likely to be my most-used lip product these days. It's a perfect color for fall and winter, and let's face it - nobody wants to use a lipstick that's dry and difficult to apply. But this one... it's incredibly smooth. Its top-notch softness makes it my first pick based on application alone! That's why I find myself reaching for this lipstick so often! Being a lipstick, its adherence and longevity aren't quite on par with a tint. However, it doesn't really come off with just a drink. It doesn't disappear from the inner lips first, which is nice. I don't have any major complaints! If you're looking for something smooth, easy to apply, non-matte, with a sophisticated color, I highly recommend Espoir's No Wear Mitts Grey! - su*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedOct 13, 2021
The color is truly a rose hue with a drop of gray, making it perfect for fall and winter. The pigmentation and how it applies are both absolutely fantastic. In my opinion, the color wasn't as cool-toned as I expected, which was a bit disappointing. - ny*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 5, 2021
Espoir's No Wear Lipstick is so famous, and their new No Wear Meets Grey shade is absolutely stunning! ✅ Packaging True to Espoir's reputation for beautiful cases, the No Wear Meets Grey lipstick comes in a gorgeous package. They've switched from their signature glossy case to a matte finish this time! The sleek color and velvety texture are perfectly represented in the case design. Espoir's signature embossed logo looks beautiful even on the matte surface. I also love that the rest of the case is transparent, allowing you to see the lip color inside. ✅ Texture While No Wear Meets Grey is a velvet lipstick, it retains the creamy texture that's a hallmark of the No Wear Lipstick line. It glides on smoothly, settling evenly into fine lines for a lightweight, seamless application. After application, it sets to a powdery finish, bringing out that velvety feel. You can layer it multiple times without any clumping or pilling, beautifully building up the color. ✅ Color Payoff Even without applying lip balm first, the creamy texture ensures a smooth application without emphasizing lip lines or clumping. It's not drying at all, so you can reapply comfortably without any heaviness or discomfort. With one swipe, it gives a subtle rose color that blends beautifully with your natural lip tone, creating that coveted MLBB (My Lips But Better) look. Two swipes bring out a more grey-toned rose color, enhancing the muted tone and creating a sultry mood. I absolutely love that despite the grey undertone, it's not too deep! Even under dim lighting, it maintains a chic rose color without looking dull. The longevity might be a bit disappointing for some. Since it's a lipstick and not a tint, there's no staining effect, which is nice, but it means the staying power isn't as impressive as you might hope. - na**********Combination SkinRecommendedOct 4, 2021
The mood and vibe really stand out! It's just beautiful... Perfect for fall. Warm-toned beauties, this one's for you! It's more subtle than intense. As for staying power, well, it's a lipstick, so don't expect miracles! - ch******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 27, 2021
Espoir's Lipstick No Wear Velvet #RS 103 Rose Meets Grey A universally flattering MLBB rose shade that suits both warm and cool tones. The color is like a faded peach with a drop of chic grey, Creating a natural, healthy-looking lip that seems effortlessly yours. This toned-down rose MLBB shade looks even more beautiful when paired with muted or lavender-tinted colors. From the high-quality velvet case with its half-colored detail To the luxurious grey chic mood of the box, It's a feast for the senses. It creates a sophisticated autumn-inspired makeup look. With a creamy smooth application that finishes powdery after blending, It has a velvet matte texture that feels comfortable on the lips. From the moment you apply it, It adheres thinly and smoothly, feeling comfortable even in dry seasons. I'm so satisfied that it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells. If pink tones don't usually suit you, Or if you're warm-toned but want to create a cool-toned makeup look, This lipstick allows for a perfectly pretty cool-toned makeup. Pro tips: 1. Apply a generous amount of lip balm before bed, Then gently wipe off the softened dead skin cells with a wet wipe the next morning. This allows even matte lipsticks to apply smoothly. 2. After applying the lipstick all over, Lightly blend just the outer edges of your lips. This easily creates the illusion of fuller lips with an overlip effect. It's disappointing that it contains 3 out of 20 ingredients to be cautious about.
