Using the shampoo, hair pack, and toner together really cleanses the scalp thoroughly and adds great volume. It also reduces hair loss. Since it's a salon product with different formulations for various scalp types, I recommend getting your scalp type checked by a trichologist before purchasing.

If there's one downside, it might be due to the propolis and honey ingredients - in hot summer, the shampoo becomes watery. In cold weather, it has a more jelly-like consistency.

This is the only product I've been using for over a decade now. When I switch to other products after using Iden shampoo, it feels like I haven't washed my hair at all. It's a must-pack item whenever I travel.
