This is the only product I've been using for over a decade now. When I switch to other products after using Iden shampoo, it feels like I haven't washed my hair at all. It's a must-pack item whenever I travel. If there's one downside, it might be due to the propolis and honey ingredients - in hot summer, the shampoo becomes watery. In cold weather, it has a more jelly-like consistency. Using the shampoo, hair pack, and toner together really cleanses the scalp thoroughly and adds great volume. It also reduces hair loss. Since it's a salon product with different formulations for various scalp types, I recommend getting your scalp type checked by a trichologist before purchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 13, 2017
My scalp feels clean and I'm not losing as much hair! I'm so satisfied that I keep using this product. It's not cheap, and instead of washing right away, you need to apply it to your scalp for about 5 minutes. You'll feel a cooling effect, so you need to shampoo thoroughly. The seller advised me to apply this scalp shampoo and leave it on for about 5 minutes before washing. When I tried it, my scalp felt incredibly refreshed! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 4, 2017
The color is like honey, and the scent might be a bit polarizing. Those who enjoy perfumed shampoos might not be fans... Unlike mainstream products, it creates a fine lather. At first, I wasn't sure if I was washing or drying my hair, but after continued use, I found its cleansing effectiveness to be quite good. Before this, I used Paul Mitchell Tea Tree, which felt gentle and healthy, but less refreshing. The downside is the price. Actually, I bought this product on recommendation from my hair salon, and I found out it's quite a famous brand. Perhaps that's why the price is so steep. Especially the treatment, which is supposedly for the scalp, is shockingly expensive. The salon claimed it was a natural shampoo, but looking at the ingredients, it doesn't seem entirely so. I feel a bit misled. To be honest, I was more satisfied with the treatment than the shampoo.
