While others were so strong I had to chase them with water, Ever Vitamin has a clean, pleasant flavor all on its own! It's super convenient - you just pop open the cap, take the two pills inside, and drink the vitamin-infused liquid all at once! I didn't want to waste any of the vitamins left in the container, so I filled it with water and drank it again. Waste not, want not!

The liquid had a yogurt-like flavor, but imagine it a bit more tart. I took the pill first, then drank the liquid. It definitely helped me feel less tired at work, even with just one dose. The booster shot seemed to work even better. Don't be alarmed if your urine turns a brighter yellow - that's normal when taking vitamins! I can't think of any downsides. It was convenient to carry and take one at a time.

While it's not quite an Inner Glow, there's a slight improvement in elasticity! Plus, I love that it contains 2000% of the daily recommended intake of B vitamins. I drink often, and I've heard B vitamins are good for that. After taking it for a week, my body feels less heavy and more energetic the day after drinking a lot... haha! As with any supplement, you need to take it consistently to see real results, but the price point makes long-term use a bit challenging. I wish they'd release a more budget-friendly option. The luxurious packaging makes it perfect for gifting. It's a bit pricey for personal use, but these types of products are great for presents. Personally, I've had experiences with similar supplements like Immun or Energy Thistle where the concentrated liquid was too thick and sweet, making it uncomfortable to take. However, I found Inner Booster Shot to be comparatively milder, which I really appreciated! I also liked that it's specifically formulated for women. Let's be honest, it can be a hassle to buy and manage multiple supplements separately every time you want to take care of your health. What was particularly fascinating was that after taking it, when I breathed in and out, I could smell vitamins - just like when you get a vitamin IV drip! It was quite an interesting experience. It's formulated with women-specific nutrients like folic acid, zinc, and hyaluronic acid. That's a big plus in my book! For me, the pill size was just right - small enough to swallow without needing extra water. While consistent use is key, I noticed a difference even during a short period. There was a day when I only managed to get 2-3 hours of sleep due to work, but I felt much more refreshed and energized compared to when I've taken other energy drinks or vitamin supplements in similar situations! The price point is on the higher side, which might make it challenging for daily use, but it's definitely worth it as an occasional boost!
