This is perfect for those looking for an affordable eyeliner that doesn't smudge. It's seriously amazing. I'd call it my holy grail eyeliner! I honestly can't think of any downsides... There's really nothing negative to say about it. Try applying it after dusting some powder on your eyelids for even better results. 
Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 4, 2015I bought this product as a 1+1 deal. I chose a versatile brown shade. It seems to have good staying power. Only occasionally, when my skin gets very oily, it smudges a tiny bit. Hmm... I can't think of any downsides. I'm just using it without any issues.
