What I loved about it: As someone with combination skin, using it once as an exfoliating toner was enough for light absorption. For those with dry skin, doing 2-3 layers creates a plump feeling, as if nourishment is rising from within. It's incredibly hydrating, filling the skin with moisture. Though not well-known, it's a surprisingly amazing find. After consistent use for a month, my complexion brightened, fine lines diminished, and my skin became deeply hydrated. Overall, my skin condition improved significantly, allowing me to get through winter without any dryness. I'll definitely repurchase! No real downsides. If I had to mention something, the watery texture means it can be used up quickly. The price might be a bit steep for students. I used it like a toner. This method does make it run out faster (lasted about a month and a half, haha), but applying it generously on a cotton pad and leaving it on like a pack until it's fully absorbed (3 layers) really makes a difference. You can feel the hydration and nourishment rising from within, without any sticky or heavy feeling. It keeps the skin moisturized all day and quickly improves skin condition. It's incredibly moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Highly recommended! The scent is a bit earthy, almost like mushrooms or herbal medicine. Those sensitive to fragrances might want to keep this in mind. It works wonderfully when mixed with Langbelle Tamanu Oil.

💰 My honest review after purchasing with my own money 💰 Skin type: Combination to oily ✨ Generous amount While it's on the pricier side, you get a lot of product. I've been using it liberally on cotton pads, and it's not running out quickly at all. 😕 Feels like it sits on the surface This might vary from person to person, but being an essence, it has an oily feel. After applying, instead of feeling like it's deeply absorbed and firming the skin, it seems to sit on top with a noticeable oily sensation. That's a bit disappointing. 😕 Potential for irritation This could be due to the cotton pad or the watery texture, but when wiping, it feels rough rather than gentle. (Those with very sensitive skin might experience some irritation.) 😕 Price point While you do get a lot of product, it's still on the expensive side. (Though the generous amount does make it feel more worthwhile.) 😕 Scent It really smells like steeped mushrooms, which isn't particularly pleasant. I bought this right away after hearing that chaga mushroom extract is great for the skin barrier! In this dry weather, layering it on keeps deep dryness at bay! The price is a bit disappointing. However, the volume is more than I expected, so I guess it's not too bad.
