The scent is lovely and pleasant. It's not irritating at all - just perfect! Everything's good. It's suitable for kids to use too. The price isn't exactly cheap though. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2019
It lathers well and doesn't leave hair too stiff when used as a shampoo. Pretty decent overall! The tube packaging makes it easy to dispense too much product. It runs out quickly when the kids use it. I bought an inexpensive pump bottle to use with it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedAug 15, 2018
It's pretty decent overall. The strong fragrance is a hit with my child! The lid is a bit tricky to open and close. It's especially challenging to open with one hand while bathing my child. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinApr 17, 2018
It's reasonably priced, produces a lot of lather, and has a sweet scent that kids love. They're also crazy about the Mickey Mouse design! I checked the ingredients on Hwahae and noticed that fragrance, which is considered a potentially harmful ingredient, is included. What a shame! - cj**********Oily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinMar 1, 2018
I found it easy to use and the scent wasn't unpleasant. After using it, I felt a bit uneasy. Maybe because it was different from my usual product? I just used it in a regular way. - 85*******Combination SkinJan 18, 2018
I started using this when my baby was 15 months old, and now at 41 months, we're still loving it! Even when the soap suds get in the eyes, there's no complaints about stinging. As my child's hair has gotten thicker, it can feel a bit stiff while washing, but once it's dry, that feeling goes away. It's perfect for cleansing from head to toe! The only downside? You have to squeeze the container to use it. A pump dispenser would have been so much better! When it's about half empty, I just flip the bottle upside down to get the rest out! - jj*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityJan 15, 2018
The fragrance is lovely and the packaging is attractive. The price is reasonable too. Kids would probably love it. Ugh... It's not a pump bottle, which is extremely inconvenient. What's even more frustrating is that the body wash has a jelly-like consistency. Because of this texture, it's really difficult to control the amount you use. It's truly inconvenient to use in many ways... sigh. - he*******Combination SkinNov 16, 2017
The biggest advantage seems to be the ability to use two products at once. I had to use it out of necessity, but after using it, I developed a small rash similar to hives. Looking at other reviews, it seems the ingredients have changed for the worse. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 15, 2017
It was somewhat usable before the reformulation, but now that they've added sulfates and messed with the ingredients, I can't recommend it anymore. As others have mentioned, the ingredients have worsened. It wasn't that great before either. But what really bothers me is how rude the LG Household & Health Care customer service staff are. I bought it online, and when I noticed the ingredients had changed, I checked their website. It still showed the old formula. Since I absolutely can't use sulfates, I called to request an update and asked to speak with the website manager or a responsible employee. They refused, so I asked them to pass on the message and let me know the outcome. Complete silence. I called again and spoke with another representative, but it was the same story. One representative, Kim, insisted there's no evidence that sulfates are harmful, that all ingredients are approved, and that LG hasn't done anything sneaky. No apology whatsoever. I wasn't accusing them of being sneaky - I was just saying it's important to update the website when ingredients change. The conversation was frustrating, unproductive, and left me feeling upset. I just gave up. I won't be using LG Household & Health Care products, especially Method, ever again. Steer clear of Method products. - ws*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresSep 27, 2017
The kids loved the sweet scent... When did the ingredients change? I didn't check when I first bought it, but when I repurchased, I happened to notice that the ingredients are different. Not good. The same goes for the lemon scent.. I had uploaded photos of the changed ingredient lists on the back of both Mickey and Minnie products, but they've been deleted. When did this happen? I'm baffled. What's going on, Hwahae? _April 3, 2018
