I bought this as a sunscreen for when I'm applying makeup. Since I'm not one to reapply, I opted for a high SPF. The pink tint helps correct my yellowish complexion, and although it's slightly rich, it absorbs well. It's convenient to use alone or mix with foundation or BB cream. I only realized it was called a 'fixer' while writing this review. I've never felt it helped set my makeup. It leaves a shimmery finish as if I've applied a thin layer, so there's no clean finish. They say you need to apply a lot for proper sun protection, but if I increase the amount, it starts to pill and feels like it would turn into cakey makeup. The scent is really unpleasant. On days I wear a mask, it's truly miserable. It makes me feel unwell. I used the Moonshot cushion as a substitute for sunscreen. It gives a nice pink-based brightening effect, and even when it fades later in the day, it does so quite gracefully. However, is it really necessary? There are many other better products out there, so I don't plan to repurchase.
