It's packed with hydration, which is great for my sensitive skin. On dry days, it's soothing and keeps my skin moisturized. I even took it on my Southeast Asian trip, and it was perfect for calming my sun-stressed skin. The cooling effect is a bonus, making this a product I'm always happy to use. There's absolutely nothing I found disappointing about this product. Even the price point is satisfactory! This cream has a balm-like texture. It's slightly thick but spreads well on the skin. The feel on the skin is surprisingly nice. Being a cica product, it also provides great hydration, making it perfect for winter use. While I'm not sure if it actually calms the skin, I was satisfied that it at least helped reduce the intense redness I usually get in winter. The price is a bit steep, so it's best to buy it during sales. I wish they had sales more often. Due to its balm-like consistency, it's great for layering in small amounts during winter. I bought this after seeing an ad, and wow, what is this...? The ingredients are all so good! As someone with super sensitive skin, it's rare to find a skincare product that works well for me. But this one? No irritation at all, and my complexion looks better the next day! I definitely recommend it. The only downside is the size. I've been using the calming balm, but this cream definitely absorbs better and is more pleasant to use There's not really anything to complain about. If I had to nitpick, I might say the amount feels a bit small for the price after using it for a while
