It seems to blend well with makeup and gives that coveted "glass skin" effect Not ideal for oily, sensitive skin types It might be a bit harsh and could potentially cause breakouts It might work well mixed with other skincare products or as a finishing touch after applying makeup - xh******Dry SkinRecommendedAug 29, 2024 (UTC+0)
It cleanses and brightens, transforming your skin into a radiant, healthy complexion The particles felt heavy, and I wish the texture wasn't so runny. That's just my personal impression It seems to absorb better when applied with your hands
am********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 14, 2023 (UTC+0)I've been using this for a little over a month, and I discovered it through Hwahae. It absorbs well with a moisturizing feel, and the absorption rate is just right. After applying, I didn't experience any deep dryness or tightness. The volume is quite generous, and I'd recommend it to those with super sensitive skin or combination dehydrated skin like mine. The scent wasn't my preferred type. It had an artificial fragrance, but it wasn't overly bothersome. Apply it between your toner and moisturizer, and it's best to give it a little time to absorb. It's fine to spread it twice. Since it's a serum, it might be too light to use alone, so make sure to layer other skincare products on top after applying. - pj******Combination SkinRecommendedOct 30, 2023 (UTC+0)
What I loved most was how quickly it absorbs and its high concentration! With other products, I'd barely use a tiny bit and wonder if I'd even applied anything. But with this one, as soon as I apply it, I think 'Ah, this is definitely niacinamide!' It's different for everyone, but there's a chance it might cause irritation. When my skin wasn't in the best condition, I felt a slight burning sensation. However, this seems unavoidable given the high concentration of the product. - as*****Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 17, 2023 (UTC+0)
I have combination dehydrated skin that's on the sensitive side. If a product is too oily, I immediately get small bumps, though my pores aren't particularly large. I've used various products with niacinamide before, and they've always agreed with my skin without causing any blemishes. I was excited to try this one as it promises to improve pores, even skin tone, and strengthen the skin barrier. The texture is very runny, almost like water. To avoid wasting product, it's best to apply it to your hands first before patting it onto your face. Otherwise, it tends to drip off. It absorbs reasonably well, leaving a slight richness behind, but it's light enough that it didn't cause any small bumps or pimples. It's not a particularly hydrating ampoule, so you'll need to layer it with other moisturizing products rather than using it alone. While it didn't have much effect on my freckles, it worked wonders on post-extraction pigmentation! Those spots returned to my natural skin tone much faster than usual. The scent was pleasant too. The freckles are still there... But honestly, that's the only downside I can think of! - tp*******Oily SkinAcneRecommendedOct 7, 2023 (UTC+0)
First off, the absorption is fantastic - it has a water-like texture that feels incredibly hydrating and absorbs quickly. There's absolutely no stickiness, and the lightweight formula makes it perfect for easy application. I was initially concerned about potential irritation due to the high concentration of niacinamide, but I've been able to use it all over my face without any significant issues. I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes and dark spots. After using it for two weeks, I haven't seen any major improvements in reducing my dark spots yet. While the watery and light texture feels hydrating upon application, I'm not sure if it provides long-lasting moisture as time goes on. However, I'm putting my faith in the benefits of niacinamide and plan to continue using it in hopes of seeing skin improvements. - du*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcneAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2023 (UTC+0)Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

common.HWAHAE_TRIAL_REVIEWERS_DESCRIPTIONTexture: First off, this serum has a wonderfully fluid consistency that's a joy to apply - it's so light, it's almost like a toner! It glides effortlessly on the face. Thanks to its water-like texture, it absorbs well into the skin. But don't worry, it doesn't feel drying at all or like you're just applying water. It strikes a great balance between oil and moisture. It provides hydration to the skin while having a slight richness that prevents any feeling of tightness or dryness. Application: It applies smoothly on the face with a hint of richness. Unlike some watery products that can make your skin feel tight immediately, this one doesn't. As someone with very dry skin, I found that while it might not be enough in winter or during seasonal changes, it worked well in summer. When used after a mist or toner, I didn't feel particularly dry. The finish is comfortably moisturizing without any stickiness or unpleasant residue. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how it feels and absorbs. Scent: It has a refreshing aroma. As a vitamin-infused product, it has a zesty scent. I might be imagining it, but I think I detect a subtle floral note too. Of course, being a cosmetic fragrance, it's not overpowering at all - it's a gentle scent that I think most people would find pleasant. If you're familiar with the typical vitamin serum or ampoule scent, that's what you can expect here. While I was satisfied with the application, scent, and texture, I did experience some issues. My skin is on the sensitive side, and it might have been due to seasonal changes, but I noticed some minor blemishes appearing. I'm not sure if it was because of this product or just my skin acting up. After a few days, when my skin condition improved, I tried using it again and didn't experience any blemishes. So I can't say for certain what caused the initial reaction. - ja*******Dry SkinAcneRecommendedSep 14, 2023 (UTC+0)Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

common.HWAHAE_TRIAL_REVIEWERS_DESCRIPTIONDespite being a thin and transparent product, it applies with a slight oiliness when spread! I felt it had more of a rich texture than a hydrating one. While the product claims to target blemishes and offer brightening effects, I'm not quite sure about the results yet! It's hard to see visible effects on blemishes or brightening after just 7 days of light use. Even after exfoliating and applying the serum, it didn't irritate my super sensitive skin! I'm not really sure yet... Perhaps the fact that it's so thin that it runs down to your chin as soon as you apply it, so you need to spread it quickly? - py****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 13, 2023 (UTC+0)Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

common.HWAHAE_TRIAL_REVIEWERS_DESCRIPTIONTexture: I loved that the texture was light and watery, unlike other serums or ampoules that can feel heavy or sticky! It absorbed quickly and felt refreshing on the skin. This made it easy to layer with other products like ampoules, emulsions, or creams without feeling heavy or burdensome. Scent: The fragrance is subtle and natural, not overpowering or artificial, so it wasn't bothersome during application. Usage Instructions: I appreciated the detailed instructions, which suggested diluting the product with other ampoules for those with sensitive skin. This thoughtful guidance for different skin types really impressed me and increased my confidence in the product. Packaging: I was satisfied with the thick, dark-colored bottle that protects the brightening formula from light exposure. This attention to detail made the product feel more trustworthy. Skin Brightening: Although I have a darker complexion and have tried many brightening products before, I didn't expect dramatic results. However, I was amazed to find that with consistent use, my skin looked clearer and brighter in the mornings, without any yellowish or dull tones. This serum really showed me why they recommend using it for 7 days! Those with super sensitive skin might experience some tingling. Even though my skin isn't particularly sensitive, I occasionally felt a slight tingling sensation when applying it while tired, even without any visible irritation. When my skin was sensitive or had blemishes, I noticed some tingling. In those cases, mixing it with another ampoule made it gentler and more comfortable to apply. Also, it's important to note that this shouldn't be used together with vitamin ampoules. I recommend using them separately in the morning and evening, or choosing just one. I used only the Skin Health Serum and was satisfied with the results!
