I already take a lot of vitamin supplements, omega-3, and magnesium pills, so I didn't want to add more supplements to my routine. However, this product comes in gummy form, so it doesn't feel like I'm taking medicine. I can enjoy it with a light heart! It's just... too expensive. I'm only able to take these because I received them as a gift. I don't think I could afford to buy them with my own money. I usually take my OMV (Omega, Magnesium, Vitamins) supplements, but I haven't been taking arginine separately.
