Perfect for applying over sunscreen! It moisturizes well too. I'll likely purchase it again in the future! I can't think of any particular downsides. The only thing might be that it's a bit pricey when not on sale, making it harder to buy on impulse.

It's great that it's easy to identify as vegan right in the product name, as vegan products can be hard to distinguish. The application is smooth and gentle. It's not just an oily feel - you can sense the deep moisturizing power too. While the orange tint isn't very noticeable at first, after some time and reapplication, I noticed a slight color payoff. At my age, I can't use completely colorless lip balms anymore, so I appreciate the subtle tint that defines my lips even when I'm at home. As someone with extremely dry lips that flake even in summer, the staying power may vary. I made sure to apply it generously throughout the day. Interestingly, knowing it's vegan and environmentally conscious makes me more forgiving about its longevity, oil-moisture balance, and glossiness. The light, oily texture feels pleasant. I think I'll enjoy applying this every time. It's a bit pricey for a lip balm. While I was happy about it being vegan, the ingredients list is slightly disappointing.
