After using another silicone-free Syoss product for my scalp, I was looking for something more hydrating and chose this one. The cleansing effectiveness and lather are quite good. I definitely felt a moisturizing effect after washing. Most scalp shampoos I've used left my hair feeling overly stripped and frizzy, but this product left a relatively hydrated feeling. Being a scalp shampoo, daily use can cause significant hair damage. Even with using conditioner or treatment, the strong cleansing power left my scalp feeling incredibly light and fresh, but my hair became quite damaged. Also, I occasionally experienced some irritation. If you use this shampoo daily, make sure to take the time to use a treatment every single day. I was worried about a shampoo I recently bought that didn't suit me, but I happened to stop by Olive Young during a sale. I decided to give this a try, and surprisingly, it was gentler than expected with a good lather. Some reviews mentioned it made hair greasy, but I'm glad it didn't for me. My previous shampoo would make my hair completely greasy by evening, but this one doesn't. It's also great that it doesn't cause dandruff. So far, I'm satisfied with its value for money! First off, the scent isn't exactly pleasant. It's like a fresh forest smell? Anyway, the fragrance is refreshing. However, I'm still experiencing some itchiness. I'm not sure if it's an adjustment period, but about an hour or two after washing, my scalp gets a bit itchy. It's not severe though. It has a refreshing feel! Everyone in my family is using it and says it's great, with less itchiness. I usually have seborrheic dermatitis, so I can get itchy if I use the wrong shampoo, but this one worked well for me! I had no idea there were so many harmful ingredients. While I don't have particularly sensitive scalp, so I can't really tell the difference from other shampoos, I feel this one has good cleansing effectiveness. The fact that it's silicone-free makes me think it might be even better! Unlike other products that left my hair tangled and stiff when shampooing, this one allows me to wash vigorously while keeping my hair soft and easy to detangle. It's great! I bought it thinking it would be good for my scalp since it's silicone-free. At first, I didn't notice my hair becoming stiff. As I was about to finish the bottle, my hair became extremely dry and brittle. There's no going back. I'm so frustrated because I keep getting blemishes on my neck. The best advice? Don't buy it.
