The texture is rich and it absorbs well on the skin. For me, it felt too heavy and the scent was a bit strong. I'm not sure if it was because of this, but after using it, I got some blemishes on my face. - su******Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 14, 2019
I can't think of a better moisturizer for braving the cold winter winds. I finish by gently rolling it on with a couple of drops of oil mixed in. It might be too heavy for those with oily skin. I'd only recommend this for people with normal to dry skin! It works great when mixed with oil or facial mist before applying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2019
I used Trilogy's rosehip oil together with their mist toner, and it was amazing at combating dryness and brightening my complexion! The texture is more of a balm type, if I had to describe it. It felt a bit heavy, which I wasn't too fond of. Still, I continued using it because the combination of oil and mist worked well together. I recommend using them in this order: mist toner, rosehip oil, then facial cream. That's the routine I followed consistently. It suited my dry skin perfectly and really helped brighten my complexion! I used this combination steadily for about half a year. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 22, 2016
The moisturizing power is excellent. It applies smoothly and evenly. After using it for about a week, I developed blemishes on my face... - Hwahae UserDry SkinApr 21, 2016
I bought this when my previous moisturizer ran out. The ingredients seemed great for hydration, and the packaging said it's good for dry skin types. Since I was going through a seriously dry phase, I thought I'd give it a try... and it turned out to be a good choice! The texture is thicker than I expected - kind of rich? My previous products had a very light feel, so at first, I wondered if this would really help my extreme dryness. But the more I used it, the better it got. It's like using a facial oil and cream together? I'm really satisfied with it. Since it feels a bit rich, I mostly avoid applying it to my T-zone and slather it on my cheeks instead. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, so I haven't experienced any blemishes or reactions after using this product. The scent is typical Trilogy - pleasant but subtle. Though I wonder if it would have been better without any fragrance at all, considering some of the fragrance ingredients aren't great for the skin. I don't use it daily unless my skin is extremely dry. I tend to reach for it when my skin feels tight and parched, or just when I feel like it. So even though I've had it for a while, there's still plenty left. If it's on sale when I finish it, I might repurchase? If not, I'll probably try something new. I'd definitely recommend this to any friends with very dry skin. There wasn't really anything I disliked about it. However, I wouldn't recommend it to those with oily skin types or those already struggling with blemishes. As I mentioned, it feels like using a facial oil and cream together. It truly lives up to its name as an Ultra Hydrating Cream! If you have combination skin like me with enough oil in the T-zone, it might be best to avoid applying it there.
