I originally bought this for my father, but he wasn't interested, so I've been taking it myself in my late twenties. Honestly, most supplements are pretty similar anyway... I don't think it's harmful to my body! The truth is I take it consistently every day out of habit, but I'm not entirely sure about the actual results. I can't really tell if it's working. When your body is already doing fine, it's hard to know whether the supplement is actually making a difference or if your body is just naturally in good shape anyway. Once I finish this bottle, I don't think I'll buy it again.

No necesitas preocuparte por comprar diferentes suplementos por separado, este único producto te proporciona todo lo que necesitas. La única cosa que podría mejorar es que la píldora es un poco grande, pero aparte de eso, es perfecto.
