Personally, I don't struggle much with body acne, so I didn't notice dramatic results myself, but the reviews are fantastic. What I love most is how gentle it is on the skin. Plus, it doesn't dry me out and creates a nice lather, which makes washing feel luxurious. The scent isn't bad at all, but since I'm pretty sensitive when it comes to fragrances in body products, I was hoping for something a bit more special. It's just a clean, simple scent, nothing that really stands out.
