If you don't let it dry completely after application, it transfers onto your eyelid quickly. You really need to allow enough drying time! 2. Sometimes the fibers can irritate your eyes and feel scratchy. I used the entire tube and I was really happy with it. I'd probably repurchase if there's a sale. If you have monolids, I wouldn't recommend it since it tends to smudge on that eye shape.
