You can lie down right after applying it to your scalp without worrying about it staining your pillow or bedding! The fragrance is absolutely amazing (though that's just my personal preference). You get an instant cooling sensation the moment you apply it to your scalp. It doesn't deliver dramatic results right away. I'm hoping that after I finish using the entire bottle consistently, I'll start to notice some real improvements.
