Inositol is most effective when taken in powder form, and this product delivers it as a powder with an optimized absorption ratio. The taste is pleasantly sweet and tangy, and the granules are large enough that you won't experience coughing or clumping. It dissolves beautifully in water without any liquid needed, and the easy-open packaging tears open smoothly. I'm wondering if the absorption is working too well? I've read that inositol can delay ovulation and lengthen your cycle, and honestly, my cycle has shifted a bit. The price is pretty steep, which is frustrating. You'll get a better deal if you buy around 6 units at once.

Elegí este producto con cuidado porque creía que si no tenía suficiente cantidad de ingredientes activos, simplemente no valdría la pena. El precio es demasiado caro. Aunque dicen que tiene una concentración alta de inositol, honestamente todos los productos de inositol en el mercado son muy caros en general.
