Tengo hígado graso y decidí probar este producto. Realmente siento que me ayuda a recuperarme del cansancio y parece tener un efecto positivo en mis niveles hepáticos. Me encanta que pueda obtener tanto vitaminas como cardo mariano en una sola cápsula diaria. Es muy práctico. La cápsula es un poco grande y a veces siento incomodidad al tragarla. Milk thistle... Yo, I was doing intense PT and my liver enzymes shot up like crazy. So I took a break from working out and started taking milk thistle, and after just a few days the fatigue disappeared. A month later, my blood work came back normal! I love that I only need to take one capsule a day, and honestly, it's a game-changer for recovering from exhaustion. The pill is pretty big, so it's tough to swallow. Though I guess it's still better than some other supplements that require taking two capsules.
