I use it when my skin gets really flaky and irritated, especially during certain times of my cycle. I'm not sure if I'd call this a hydrating cream or a nourishing cream, but honestly, it has this stale smell to it that's kind of off-putting. At first it seemed okay, and while it works fine for dry skin types, I really can't recommend it for oily or combination skin. The scent issue alone makes it not worth buying at full price.
