This lip balm is perfect for dry lips. I bought it specifically because it contains panthenol, and I've used it all the way to the end. There's nothing really to complain about, but I wish it were a bit more moisturizing. After being diagnosed with cheilitis, my doctor emphasized that I need to keep my lips moisturized at all times. This lip balm, which my pharmacist recommended, really delivers on that front. Since I need to maintain moisture constantly, I apply it even before bed, and I love that it's colorless so it doesn't show. I'm also sensitive to fragrance, so the fact that it's unscented is perfect for me. The price point is on the higher side, which is a bit disappointing. Since I'm applying it constantly throughout the day, it runs out pretty quickly. You need to apply a generous amount to make it last longer.

I considered going to a dermatologist and tried several other products because of the pigmentation issue, but since it's tricky to fix, I was worried at first. After using this lip balm, the pigmentation improved noticeably, and I've been using it daily ever since writing this review. I also wasn't a fan of sticky lip balms, but this one doesn't feel bothersome even with daily use. Plus, it brightens, reduces fine lines, and provides sun protection all in one, so I was really happy with it during summer. If you're like me and dealing with pigmentation or dryness from tints and looking for a product with sun protection, I absolutely recommend this one. The only downside is the price. It's not sold at Olive Young, so you have to purchase it separately, which is inconvenient. It's also pricier compared to other lip balms, so those two things were really disappointing. The stick format makes it super convenient to carry around wherever you go. When you apply it, you get an instant soothing sensation and the moisturizing power is really impressive. It's perfect for the whole family, from kids to adults. What I love most is the formula—it has a firm, solid stick texture that doesn't feel flimsy, yet it delivers a surprisingly moisturizing feel. I've tried other lip balms that claim to be balms but feel more like liquid essences or heavy sleeping creams, which can feel messy or weighty. This one strikes the perfect balance with its sturdy stick form and hydrating finish. It's not ideal if you're looking to apply a generous amount before bed as your main overnight treatment. I'd recommend using the brand's lip essence from their lineup instead if that's what you're after. It's perfect for everyday use and easy to carry with you wherever you go—just a light swipe and you're good to go. Even on hot summer days, it holds up beautifully without melting away. Definitely worth recommending!

Flakiness disappears and you won't experience any more lip cracking. Tube-type lip essences are easy to find at drugstores, but stick-type versions are hard to come by in physical stores, so you'll need to shop online to get one. Just buy it. I used this alongside a medicated ointment when I was dealing with cold sores, and it really helped. I applied it whenever I had a spare moment over a couple of days, and my lips improved significantly. Personally, it seems to control dryness even better than Nivea SOS lip balm. If you apply too much, your lips can get quite shiny and slick, but honestly, that's the only downside I can find.
