I ended up buying this after a YouTuber recommended it, and I have to say I'm impressed. I usually go for shade 23 because I hate how my neck and face look different, and my skin is dry without any oiliness. I don't have texture issues, but I do have a lot of blemishes, so coverage is really important to me. Dear A shade 23 is a cool beige, so it feels brighter compared to other products. Even though my skin tone is deeper, since I'm cool-toned, it didn't look odd when I applied it. What I absolutely loved is how incredibly sheer it applies, and even though the coverage isn't heavy, when I layer it, it blends seamlessly without any clumping. The finish looks really natural on the skin, and as time goes on, it develops a subtle glow. I appreciated how it breaks down naturally throughout the day, though I'd recommend this less if you have oily skin.
Coverage is on the lighter side. There's a slight tendency for oils to come through as the day goes on. The refill packaging option isn't available.
