As your skin texture becomes refined and even, it develops a beautifully smooth, luminous finish. Only use this when your skin is in good condition. Since this is an exfoliating product, I only used it once every 2-3 weeks, but whenever my skin felt even slightly irritated or my skin barrier felt compromised, it felt way too harsh. Sometimes it even caused little bumps to appear. For my skin, this product is actually more finicky and irritating than high-dose vitamin C serums. It really demands perfect skin conditions to work well. If you have sensitive skin, are prone to folliculitis, or have a compromised skin barrier, I'd strongly recommend testing this on your face at a department store counter before purchasing.

This product does an amazing job at refining pores and smoothing out skin texture. You'll notice the difference right away when you try it. The main downside is the price point, which feels quite steep. The packaging looks beautiful, but it's a bit impractical and wasteful.
