I have dry skin and this works perfectly for me. It's a rich, luxurious cream that really delivers. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, but the amount you get is small for the price. I'm on my third bottle now and I've noticed a significant reduction in redness compared to before I started using it. What I really appreciate is how gentle it is - there's barely any irritation at all. I do think the price point is a bit steep for me. I use this serum along with the cream in tube form, and together they're running me over seventy dollars. I absolutely love this! I started using it when my skin was at its worst with severe oiliness and sensitivity issues. My redness was really intense, but after using this product, my skin barrier got so much stronger and my sensitivity improved dramatically. As a result, the redness naturally cleared up too! The scent is a bit off for me... it's not a pleasant, fragrant smell at all. It has a texture and smell similar to burn ointment. The results feel kind of hit or miss, honestly. It's hard to tell if it's really working or not. Seems like it really depends on the person using it, which is frustrating. I've been using Lubouril S, and I originally bought it to help calm down the redness on my face after acne treatments. Honestly, I can't tell if the redness faded because of the procedure itself or thanks to the product, but either way, it seems to work really well with my skin. When I apply it and wake up the next day, my complexion looks noticeably brighter and more radiant. The downside is that I haven't been using it long enough to give you a thorough review yet. I bought this product because it promised to neutralize redness, and I'm really happy with it. My skin tends to look even redder when I remove makeup or wash my face, but after using this product, I've noticed the redness is noticeably calmer. I'm satisfied with the results. The main downside is that it's quite pricey. It has a somewhat oily feel to it, so if you apply too much, you might actually end up with more breakouts and congestion. I've learned to use just a small amount and apply it thinly for the best results.
