I was particularly curious about the name "So Strong." The scent is like flat soda plus pine needle notes! If I'm being casual about it, I could say it smells like tea tree, but it's slightly different from pure tea tree, so I stopped mid-sentence and went to cleanse and apply it again. It's not quite a perfect tea tree scent, and while I can definitely detect tea tree notes, there's this flat soda feeling that keeps coming through. For me, it's not an off-putting scent at all! The fragrance isn't strong and is very subtle. So I thought people who typically dislike tea tree scents might be able to approach this without much hesitation. What really resonated with me from the product description was that this is an incredibly powerful moisturizing cream. To get straight to the results, the hydration was absolutely amazing and moving. It's not just surface-level moisture but deep penetrating hydration that really makes a difference. Here's my pro tip disguised as a usage guide for So Strong that I've been using! Don't skip the toner even when it's cold, because this cream absorbs so well. First, supply moisture with a toner pad, then pump this cream twice, divide it between both cheeks, and spread it smoothly. When temperatures drop below minus 10 degrees Celsius, apply a tiny bit of petroleum jelly just on the tip of your nose. Using it this way, I was able to achieve perfect hydration across my entire face without any dryness or moisture deficit!
