Honestly, it's a bit more intense than I expected, haha! I applied it over my matte lip and wow—it feels so hydrating and has this gorgeous shine to it. The applicator is plastic, so it's super easy to apply and wipe clean without any mess. After waiting just a few minutes, my lips look absolutely stunning with that beautiful glossy finish. I'm really happy with this! Most days it's totally fine, but when my lips aren't in the best condition, it can feel pretty irritating and uncomfortable. The glitter on this plumper is absolutely stunning - it has that gorgeous sparkle and shine that really delivers. No matter what lip tone you have, it gives you this beautiful luminous finish, and with the plumping effect included, you could honestly skip the lip filler appointment and just apply this instead. It's that good. I've tried plumpers from different brands, and honestly, I'm not seeing the plumping results I was hoping for. When I first used a popular one from the US, everyone asked if I'd gotten lip fillers - it was that dramatic. But with this one, while it looks nice, the change is pretty subtle. So I'm mainly using it for the glitter effect at this point. Apply it generously over your other lip products and it looks beautiful. You're getting great value for the price - it's really affordable.

The formula has blue pearl particles in it, and when you apply it, you definitely see a noticeable plumping result. The amount you get is just right, and it has a silicone applicator tip which makes application so easy. It does feel quite strong, but the plumping effect is definitely there. The plumping effect gives a nice tingle without being too intense, and if you love that minty sensation, it's just a gentle "ouch" kind of feeling, you know? The blue shimmer was a bit irritating, and ultrasonic devices are a total no-go for me! The shine gets all patchy and uneven.

The formula feels irritating and stinging, which is disappointing. If you have sensitive or thin lips, I'd really encourage you to think carefully before purchasing. Even though my lips aren't particularly delicate, I experienced significant stinging, so I'd recommend giving it more thought before buying. The staying power isn't great either. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not long-lasting. I absolutely love the shimmery blue pearls packed inside this product - they're so pretty! They have a subtle but noticeable presence that really makes a statement.
