I've been using this product consistently since 2023, and I absolutely love it! Even though I have sensitive, atopy-prone skin, this is incredibly gentle and soothing. I can genuinely feel my skin improving, and it doesn't sting or irritate at all. My skin stays hydrated and moisturized even after showering, so I really can't recommend this enough! There's nothing really to complain about, but the cleansing power isn't quite as strong as I'd hoped. I have extremely dry skin and was searching for a body wash that wouldn't leave me feeling parched. This is hands down the most moisturizing body wash I've ever tried. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone with dry skin! I'm 100% buying it again. The price is a bit steep. When I use it with just my hands, barely any lather forms, so I end up using way too much product. You really need a shower pouf or loofah to make it work efficiently. With a pouf, just one or two pumps is enough.

You can use it on your face and body, so it really does handle everything. It's honestly the best weakly acidic cleanser I've tried. I honestly can't find any downsides! The price is so fair too. I've already repurchased twice and I'm going in for my third bottle!

It doesn't tug at my skin at all, has a refreshing scent, and leaves my skin feeling beautifully hydrated. Plus, it doesn't create excessive foam, which is perfect. The generous size is fantastic too! I use it as my second cleanse instead of a foaming cleanser, and it's ideal for my morning skincare routine. I'm really impressed with this product! I don't really have any complaints about the product itself. I use it as a morning cleanser because it has a gentle, slightly acidic formula. The high thermal spring water content keeps my skin feeling beautifully hydrated and moisturized. The only downside is the packaging. The soft plastic bottle is quite delicate, and after dropping it a few times on the bathroom floor, the pump broke. I didn't have a shelf to put it on, so I was keeping it on the toilet tank, which didn't help matters. You really need to work up a good lather in your hands before cleansing. Best of all, my skin didn't feel itchy or like it wasn't being cleaned properly. I didn't really notice any downsides, so there's not much to complain about.
