The fragrance is more subtle than I expected, which I really love. There's a hint of floral notes that keeps it from feeling repetitive, and it's great that it doesn't feel sticky after application. It absorbs beautifully into the skin without leaving a powdery finish, and leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. I'm not a fan of the packaging material, to be honest. The aluminum tube design isn't my preference. Every time I use it, the tube gets creased or dented easily, and it starts to crack and tear. I was extra careful with this product because I was worried about the same issue, but it still split open. On top of that, there's an outer label that flakes off into powder, which gets all over my hands every time I use it. I ended up wrapping it in tissue as a temporary fix, but that made me less likely to reach for it. Plus, the cap actually popped off when the cream got compressed in my bag early on. The packaging is just too fragile and makes the whole experience frustrating. This hand cream strikes the perfect balance with solid moisturizing power and quality ingredients. The scent is wonderfully warm and comforting. The formula leaves a slightly slick residue on your skin. Despite being labeled as a hand butter, the hydration isn't noticeably stronger than a regular hand cream—it feels pretty standard to me.

I loved how subtle the scent was on Benton products, but this one has a noticeably stronger fragrance. The cap opens way too easily, which is frustrating.
