That's why it doesn't feel as tight or pulling. 2. Absorption - Since it's a toner with fine particles and moderate viscosity, it absorbs beautifully into the skin. 3. Brightening - My complexion looks noticeably clearer and more radiant with this product. It doesn't have a pump dispenser, so the liquid can pour out pretty freely. That said, it's not like those dropper bottles where you control exactly how much comes out with each tilt - it does dispense a decent amount at once.
