The pad has a nice thick, cushioned texture that feels great to use, and it really seems to hold moisture well. The exfoliation is so gentle and soothing - I love how it removes dead skin without any irritation while leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated It's a bit tricky getting the product out of the container. I've stocked up on four of these pads and they're fantastic. How they work: They gently exfoliate without being harsh, and when I use them to cleanse my face, I can really feel how the moisture is being absorbed deep into my skin. What I love most is that unlike other water-type toner pads that feel too light or evaporate quickly, these actually deliver hydration that my skin drinks up. They're so gentle that they prep my skin perfectly for the next steps in my routine without any irritation unless I'm really scrubbing hard. After using these, whether I layer on more toner, essence, or serum, everything seems to sink in beautifully one step at a time. That layering effect is exactly what I want from my skincare routine, so I keep repurchasing them. The pad itself isn't particularly large or thin enough to stick to your cheeks like a sheet mask would. So if you're thinking of using it as a mask, it's not impossible, but it won't stay put on its own. The thickness is just right though, not too thin or too thick, so it's easy to hold and move around while cleansing. The size and thickness are really designed for that initial cleansing step to remove dead skin and refine texture, which is why I don't use it as a mask. I picked this up to cool and soothe my skin after workouts, and I'm really happy with it. It's so gentle and doesn't irritate my skin at all. The size is pretty small, and it dries out quickly. I'd recommend this specifically for combination to oily skin types. If you have dry skin, you might find it a bit too drying for your needs. There's honestly not much to complain about with this pad! The only thing is, if you're someone who prefers pads that are really saturated with essence, you might feel a bit disappointed with the amount of liquid on this one. The best part? You don't even need to refrigerate it and it still feels incredibly refreshing. This product is absolutely amazing for calming down skin redness and heat! I originally grabbed it during a sale at Olive Young, and I've already gone through seven bottles since then. Honestly, this is a product I can't live without! There's really nothing disappointing about it, and if I had to nitpick, I'd just say it would be great if Olive Young carried refill sizes too!

I loved how this absorbs quickly and feels so lightweight on the skin without any heavy residue I was disappointed because it doesn't stand out much from other pads available on the market, and I didn't find any compelling reason that makes this product a must-have
