I've been using this for a month now and I'm really happy with it! * Texture and Application : The formula has the perfect consistency - not too thin, not too thick - so it spreads beautifully on the skin * Oil Content : Even though it's a hydrating cream, it has just the right amount of oil in it, which makes it perfect for oily skin during seasonal transitions * Irritation : It's fragrance-free and gentle on the skin, making it an absolute must-have hydrating product for oily skin during those tricky in-between seasons! I have sensitive, dry skin and I apply this generously before bed and it works wonders. No irritation and the hydration is seriously impressive. During winter, I even use it as my base moisturizer and it doesn't feel tight or uncomfortable at all. If you have oily skin, this might feel too heavy to apply. The fragrance is lovely and it applies beautifully! The formula has a nice rich texture that worked wonderfully for my dry skin. Without a sale, the price point feels a bit steep for me.

The previous version had this grassy scent that I wasn't sure about, but after the upgrade it seems like the fragrance is lighter now. Though honestly, my sense of smell might be off so I can't really tell for sure! It's a standard cream formula, and when you first squeeze it out, it looks thick and almost like an ointment. But once you apply it to your skin, it spreads so smoothly and easily. The absorption is moderate. It's not overly oily, and my skin stayed hydrated all the way until morning after using it. Since the cream itself isn't heavy, as long as you use the right amount, it works great for oily, combination, and dry skin types. For some reason, whenever I use this cream, I keep getting breakouts. The subtle floral and herbal notes are perfectly balanced and not overwhelming, and the switch from a metal tube to a more user-friendly design makes application so much easier. Use just a small amount in the morning. If you apply too much, you might notice it shifting when you layer sunscreen or cushion foundation on top. This cream actually pairs better with hydrating sunscreens. I expected it to feel thick and heavy, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it glides on and how quickly it absorbs into the skin. The container and cap design are inconvenient. I think a flip-open lid would be much more practical than having to twist it open every time.
