This is a product I use all the time. After cleansing, I apply toner, then use serum as a substitute for emulsion or cream. In the morning, I follow up with sunscreen, and at night, I just apply serum before bed and it works great. I love how fresh and clean it feels. This formula glides on smoothly without any sticky residue. It seems perfect for oily skin or those hot summer months when excess sebum tends to build up. + While not a feature of the product itself, I really appreciated that ordering the toner and serum from the same line came with a bunch of sample sizes. They were super handy to have during travel! I've been using this product since my twenties, but at some point my skin type must have changed because I started noticing tightness after application. Since this is a serum rather than an emulsion, it doesn't seem to provide enough hydration. Plus, when I apply it, I get this weird feeling of dead skin cells rolling off. After using it, I actually see flaking on my cheeks. This hydrating serum spreads beautifully and doesn't leave my skin feeling overly shiny, which I really love Even though it's a moisturizing serum, my skin dries out quickly. With masks being such a part of my daily routine lately, I was dealing with excess sweat and oil buildup, which is why I decided to try this product. What really impressed me is that even when I layer it with sunscreen, I don't get that greasy shine throughout the day. I'm genuinely happy with how it's working for me. The downside is that it does feel quite drying on my skin. Since it can leave my complexion feeling parched, I've had to follow up with a nourishing moisturizer in the evening to add back some hydration and moisture.
