It has a gentle, slightly acidic formula with rich, luxurious lather. I can really feel how mild and non-irritating it is. Even though my skin is super sensitive and reactive, this cleanser works beautifully without any irritation. Plus, it smells amazing! I go through it pretty quickly since the amount per bottle feels a bit small. It's not ideal if you're looking for a deep cleanse. The price point seems a bit high for what you get. This is perfect if you're dealing with skin inflammation or irritation. The cleansing works really well. I appreciate that it's gentler than other products and doesn't trigger any allergic reactions for me. This is the only product out of everything I've ever used that has genuinely frustrated me. The pump is incredibly stiff, making it nearly impossible to dispense the foam cleanser. To make matters worse, the nozzle opening is shorter than the bottle itself, so the product doesn't come out into my hand—it just dribbles down the side of the container instead. The pump has weak pressure and poor durability, and I've only used about a third of it, yet it already takes over 30 seconds just to get the foam cleanser out. I'd only recommend this if you have exceptionally strong grip strength. Even then, you'll probably struggle. I really appreciated that it's pH-balanced and gentle on the skin. The foam formula made it so easy and pleasant to use. The product runs out quickly because you need to use quite a bit each time. I heard that foam cleansers with a mild acidic formula have weaker cleansing power, but this one actually cleans really well It hasn't even been a week and I've already used up half the bottle - that's my only disappointment
