I really prefer the solid formula over the liquid version because it's so much easier to apply By afternoon, whiteheads are everywhere. When I apply extra layers, it looks chalky and the pore clogging is serious. It only works as a pore primer on the first application.

When I applied it mainly to the dull areas, the shade didn't match my skin tone at first and it looked really stark, which honestly threw me off a bit! But after a few minutes, it adjusted to my skin tone perfectly! Just like that color-changing lip balm that matches your lip shade, it melted right into my skin! My first impression was how the subtle luminosity made my complexion instantly brighter—that was the most noticeable thing! When I use a brighter shade with cushion or powder foundation, I'm usually a shade 21, but with this glow concealer, I naturally became a shade 17. It's like my skin tone got lighter—almost like my ethnicity changed! My complexion is seriously brightened. My skin is really dry, so most concealers would separate and lift off my skin later, but this one stays put because it's so hydrating! I use the pink shade on my under-eyes, cheeks, and around my lips, and the white shade on my eyelids, bridge of nose, and nasolabial folds - and nothing creases or settles into fine lines. If you're looking for a moisturizing concealer that actually works, this is definitely the one to get! The price is pretty steep, honestly. I wish it were a bit more affordable. With Skinfood's salmon concealer, I cover my dark circles and then brighten the under-eye area one more time with the pink shade to really open up the eyes. The white shade looks like it might be too intense to use, but it actually blends beautifully and works so well. The best thing about this product is how convenient it is to carry around with you. The color selection is really well put together, so you can use it in so many different ways. Plus, it feels moisturizing and doesn't look patchy or dry on the skin at all. The price is a bit higher than I expected. I picked this up because I thought it would be great for adding volume and dimension, and I'm really happy with it! It feels so hydrating and applies smoothly without any hassle. When I apply it to my cheeks, it gets stuck in my pores, which is frustrating. Now I only use it on my forehead and bridge of my nose.

Even though my skin is dry, it goes on flawlessly without any base makeup needed! It might melt in the summer heat, but it's so smooth that I don't mind the trade-off.
