- The formula is transparent and has a nice viscosity, which really emphasizes that no harmful ingredients have been added. - When I dispensed it into my palm, the menthol scent was much more subtle and pleasant compared to typical cooling shampoos you find in stores. It was actually the first time I've experienced such a refreshing fragrance in a shampoo, which was quite impressive. When I applied it to my hair and worked up a lather, I could feel that classic cooling effect similar to regular cool shampoos, though the scent on my hair was strong at first but faded quickly as soon as I moved away from it. The fragrance longevity after washing is similar to regular shampoos, but the cooling sensation on the scalp is definitely effective. - What surprised me was that despite being a pH-balanced shampoo without any harsh chemicals, it still produces a rich, abundant lather even with just a small amount. - I definitely noticed less hair falling out while washing - roughly about 10 percent less compared to my normal hair loss. That said, since I'm not used to combining cooling effects with anti-hair loss benefits, the cooling shampoo aspect felt quite dominant to me. - If you don't mind cool shampoos, this is definitely worth trying to experience the anti-hair loss benefits as a bonus feature. - On the other hand, true to its pH-balanced formula, the feel of your hair after washing is definitely not silky smooth or soft to the touch. Depending on your preference, some people might even find it feels a bit stiff.

It lathers beautifully and cleans really well, which I love. When I traveled and used the shampoo provided at my accommodation, my hair felt so dry and straw-like. But when I switched to this one, I was amazed—I don't even need conditioner, and my hair stays soft and smooth with just this shampoo alone. It feels refreshed and there's nothing to complain about. The only downside is that the dispenser opening is incredibly narrow, almost like those syrup bottles where you get just a tiny bit at a time. With other shampoos, one or two pumps is enough, but with this one I had to pump it at least four times or more. And then there's the price for just 300ml... it's really hard to justify. Since it's labeled as a scalp shampoo, I was expecting some special scalp-cleansing benefits, but honestly, I can't really tell if it does anything particularly different from a regular, effective cleansing shampoo. It feels pretty much like any other good, refreshing cleanser. The price is steep. The dispenser opening is so narrow, like a syrup bottle, so you have to pump it multiple times. I can't really tell if it has any special scalp-cleansing benefits.

When I first pumped it, barely anything came out, and I was like, "What's going on?" So I had to pump it a lot more than usual. The scent is kind of citrusy with a fresh, clean vibe to it, almost like toothpaste in a way. I actually loved that the fragrance isn't polarizing - it's something most people would enjoy. Because it's so mild, the lather isn't super rich and foamy, but honestly, if they just improved the pump dispenser, I think this would be an amazing product. Most other shampoos work great with just two pumps, but this one needed about five to seven pumps to get enough product. What really impressed me is how soft my hair feels afterward - it's noticeably smoother than usual! Usually after I wash and brush my hair, I lose so much hair, but this made a real difference. The pump dispenser is really frustrating because it releases so little product each time that I end up pumping it about seven times just to get enough shampoo. I really think they need to fix the pump mechanism. There's also an ampoule in this same product line, and when I used them together, my hair got weighed down and greasy really quickly. I wouldn't recommend using the ampoule alongside this shampoo.
