My T-zone tends to get oily, but it's naturally dry. I have redness on both cheeks, so I decided to try this cream since I heard it was great for strengthening the skin barrier. For some reason, whenever my skin felt irritated and reactive, I applied this generously before bed, and it calmed everything down so much faster compared to other creams I've used. The cream doesn't feel as hydrating as I'd hoped. Since I don't like that greasy feeling on my face, I tend to apply it sparingly rather than generously. Because of that, after some time passes, my skin starts to feel a bit dry. I found this product at a discount store as a similar option to a pricier brand, and I decided to grab it right away. I'm so glad I did! My skin tends to be sensitive and prone to redness, but after using this, my skin barrier feels so much stronger. I really recommend it. Anyone who doesn't use this is missing out. I grabbed it during a sale and I'm even more thrilled with the price. First off, it completely calms down my redness, and the texture is absolutely buttery smooth. I've been jumping between different creams forever, but I think I've finally found my holy grail. Whether I use it during the day or at night, it just works beautifully every single time. Not really a con, but if I'm being picky, it's not quite ideal as a primer before makeup application.
