I was especially drawn to how portable it would be, so I grabbed it right away. The silver case is just as beautiful and luxurious as I hoped. Color & Skin Coverage Color: I chose the brighter 21N Ivory shade compared to my previous product, and I'm really happy with how it matches my natural skin tone perfectly. My complexion looks so radiant and fresh! Formula & Finish: The Tirtir cushion truly lives up to its reputation for zero stickiness. It sets with a matte finish but feels comfortable without any dryness or flaking. It doesn't apply too heavily, and when I layer it for more coverage, it creates a natural-looking complexion. The coverage is impressive when you see it in photos. Portability: Since it's a mini cushion, it fits perfectly in my makeup pouch and is incredibly convenient to carry. It's perfect for quick touch-ups whenever I need them. What Are the Advantages of Tirtir Cushion? I've tried two different Tirtir cushions, and both deliver that amazing lightweight, non-sticky finish. From other reviews, I've learned that it doesn't transfer onto masks easily and has excellent staying power, so you can maintain beautiful skin all day without worrying about darkening or fading. I've also heard that over time, it adds a subtle glow that makes your skin look even better. There's one thing I really wish this had! I think the 'blending palette' that came with the AI Filter Cushion I used first was the real game-changer. I was disappointed that this mini cushion doesn't include that palette. When I apply it directly from the puff without blending, I notice some pore clogging. That's when I realized how much of a difference there is between rubbing the product on the palette first versus applying it straight from the puff. Plus, the full-size cushion's puff feels so much more adherent and gives a cleaner finish. I think investing in the full-size version would be more satisfying than sticking with the mini. Puff Blending is Essential! When using the mini cushion, don't apply the product directly to your face right after picking it up on the puff. Instead, gently blend the product between the two sides of the puff to distribute it evenly, then gently press and tap it onto your face. I grabbed the Tirtir Family Date foundation at a great price and I'm really happy with it! Such a steal for the quality. I was hoping this would be my holy grail cushion since the Tiltil Red looked so promising, but I ended up getting the pink shade too and honestly, neither of them worked out for me. They just didn't perform the way I wanted. The mirror is actually really large and functional, which is a nice bonus! This foundation adheres beautifully to my skin and gives it such a gorgeous luminous finish that makes my complexion look absolutely radiant. The coverage is impressive too—it does a wonderful job of blurring my pores and evening out my skin tone. The cap doesn't open as smoothly as I'd like. The coverage is absolutely incredible! It looks so natural and seamless on my skin. I've heard that the shade runs a bit dark, so I went with the deeper 21-22 tone, and it's a perfect match for me. Even when it starts to wear off throughout the day, it breaks down beautifully compared to other foundations. The darkening is really disappointing. And the container color too! This seems perfect for oily skin. It has that soft, powdery finish like a gentle baby powder. I was worried it might be too matte, but it actually keeps the skin underneath hydrated and the wear time is impressive. I'm really happy with how long it lasts. The coverage is a bit disappointing—it doesn't hide deeper blemishes and spots as well as I'd hoped. When I apply it in three thin layers with a gentle pressing motion, the staying power is even better. It's become my favorite cushion for touch-ups throughout the day.
