My body runs hot too, so I sweat easily, and my hair is thin with lots of shedding. I've tried powder before, but the white residue was so visible that it would dust all over my dark clothes. This product comes in different sizes, so it's convenient to carry the smaller one in my bag. But honestly, the best part is the scent. I'm sensitive to fragrances and hate smelling like sweat, but this has multiple scent options that aren't overpowering and are so easy to use. Unlike powder that needs to be patted on repeatedly, you just spray this - it's incredibly convenient. I think everyone who's tried it becomes a repeat customer. I actually keep 3 or 4 bottles stocked at all times. The results are fantastic! When I spray it in the morning, my hair stays fresh and clean-looking all the way until the next morning! The smaller size runs out quickly - if I use it daily, it's gone in about a week or two, so I have to stock up. Also, once you use this, you don't even need hair essence anymore! Just spray this and run your fingers through your hair a few times and your hair becomes silky smooth! It's seriously better than any essence product out there. When my hair gets oily, I just spray this and gently tap it in with my fingers. You don't even need to wash your hair—just spray this on and it absorbs excess oil, leaving your hair feeling fresh and voluminous. This spray seems to have powder mixed in because white residue stays on your hands after application, which feels uncomfortable. The cherry scent is way too artificial and gives me a headache. This product is amazing for oily scalps! It really grips and controls oil buildup so well. I absolutely love the fresh, zesty cherry scent too~ Honestly, I can't find a single downside. The fragrance is absolutely wonderful! When I'm running late in the morning or need to dash out quickly, I just spray it on and my hair feels fresh and clean, like I just washed it. Plus, it smells amazing! Convenient dry shampoo. The ingredient is rice powder, which sounds promising! The effect isn't super noticeable, but it's subtle and gentle. It's great for getting rid of that sticky, weighed-down feeling. You can definitely rely on it when you need to head out unexpectedly. #Other notes: Powder-based dry shampoos really are the best, you know? Originally, they're meant for situations where washing your hair is difficult, like when you're bedridden, right? I haven't actually used a traditional dry shampoo myself, but someone around me was using baby powder on their hair. They kept telling me to try it, so I borrowed theirs once and... it's funny, but the results were amazing! (Though if you don't spread the powder properly, it clumps up white, so honestly just washing your hair is easier.) Compared to powder, this spray type doesn't perform quite as well, but it has the convenience and portability of not looking silly when you spray it, so that's nice. The fragrance is artificially strong. For me, the scent is way too overpowering, so I end up spraying it reluctantly. I'm not even sure if it's supposed to be cherry-scented, and it smells like your typical styling spray. The ingredient is rice powder, which should be natural, but the smell is the complete opposite of natural! Honestly, I'd prefer if it had no fragrance at all. You need to use quite a bit of product.

The scent is amazing, and it's ideal for refreshing your hair when it gets flat or greasy during the day. The only downside is the price, but honestly, that's it! If you spray too much at once, it can make your hair look a bit heavy, but once you brush through it, it disappears completely.
