I started using this because I was worried about neck wrinkles. Honestly, the neck area feels uncomfortable when products feel too sticky or heavy. But this one absorbs really well and feels fresh and lightweight. The amount is easy to control too, so it's convenient to apply. Plus, the scent is lovely! For deeper, more pronounced wrinkles, it doesn't seem to make much of a difference, unfortunately. I've been using this almost non-stop since I picked it up in summer, and I'm down to about 20% left! My neck has some discoloration and deeper lines, so I suddenly felt drawn to this product. I really love that it comes with a gua sha tool—it makes applying it to my neck so much easier. Plus, the fact that it doesn't leave residue on my hands is a huge bonus! I thought there might be leftover cream on the gua sha, but there isn't, which is great. I love that it comes with a gua sha tool so I can massage and apply it at the same time. It doesn't get messy on my hands and spreads so evenly across my skin. I used to get frequent tension and knots at the back of my neck, so I'd regularly visit a massage therapist to work it out. With regular gua sha tools, I had to apply oil and manually scrape, but this roller gua sha makes massage so much easier and more convenient. Plus, I wasn't doing any specific neck care before, but now while massaging with the gua sha, I'm also taking care of neck wrinkles at the same time. It's absolutely wonderful! The cream dispenses way too much product, and there's nothing to wipe it off with after using the roller. I won't be repurchasing this. It was inconvenient and didn't deliver any results for me. Usage period: 09/03/24 - 09/20/25 What I love: I've been using this product for about a year now, and I have combination sensitive skin. Even though it's labeled as a neck cream, I use it on my face too. What really gets me excited is that the gua sha tool has a cooling feature, which is absolutely amazing on puffy days! It works beautifully with my sensitive skin, and I'm obsessed with how firm and lifted my skin feels after applying it. The texture and visible results are just incredible, so I've already repurchased refills and I'm using it consistently. What could be better: The cooling effect on the gua sha tool fades a bit too quickly, which is a little disappointing.
