I keep it packed in my golf bag ahead of time. Even though a skin-toned sun patch felt like wearing a mask on my face, I really appreciate how transparent it is. It's difficult to apply to the face, and since I need to apply essence first, it takes quite a bit of time. I started wondering if mine was defective because the protective film felt so thick and stiff. It should mold smoothly to my skin, but instead it felt like I'd just stuck a sticker on. What could be wrong? Is mine actually defective? Update: There are actually two protective films! I feel silly for missing that. For those who got past the first layer, you need to gently press and slowly peel away the film with your fingers. The nose area lifts a bit, but the rest blends in so naturally you can't even tell it's there. This photo was taken right after application, and I'll update my review after testing it during outdoor activities. The application method is a bit fussy, but I didn't think it was difficult. However, when I saw the final result, I couldn't even figure out what went wrong. I think clearer instructions and better guidance would really help. I checked the YouTube tutorial comments and saw so many people saying it never sticks like that, or that they wasted multiple ones after failed attempts. There are tons of negative reviews about failures. If you're going to go through all this hassle to apply it, the end result really needs to be worth it. I've never been called clumsy with makeup before, but this one is tricky. It's just so thin... It gets all wrinkled and bubbly. I think I might need to try a different application technique. As long as the sun protection works well, I'm willing to give it a try.

I love how transparent this is - it's so easy to use. Since it contains peptide ampoule, it's really great for skin health. It adheres smoothly and thinly enough that I can apply makeup right over it. If you don't apply it correctly, it gets wrinkled and looks like it has tons of creases. Honestly, I'd rather have it a bit thicker if it means getting a clean, smooth fit instead of all that bunching. It's so thin that it's really hard to remove without tearing, and I ended up wasting one sheet.

In the last photo where I applied essence underneath, there's no wrinkling on the sides, so it really looks invisible. I totally messed up the application on my left cheek. Lightweight This UV protection patch does an excellent job blocking sun rays that sunscreen alone might miss, yet it's so thin and light that it doesn't feel uncomfortable on your face. 2. Convenient You don't need to do any special cleansing after removing it, so when you're feeling lazy and want to go out bare-faced, it's incredibly hassle-free. 1. Shows up visibly I applied it to my forehead and the back of my hand for better photos, and while it barely shows in pictures, that's only when you're bare-faced! Once you apply makeup over it, it looks natural at first, but as soon as you're out moving around and talking, suddenly it becomes obvious. You can tell something's stuck on your face under the makeup. It's either lifting or wrinkling, but either way, it shows. You should really only use this when you're going out bare-faced to the store or running quick errands! 2. It makes my skin itch This might be because I have extremely sensitive skin. I already have an adhesive allergy issue (like how bandages make my skin itch), so when I do taping or similar things, my skin tends to get irritated. This patch does the same thing for me. When I wear it and move around, my skin gets itchy. Thankfully I didn't scratch it and didn't get any red marks, but if you have very sensitive skin, I'd recommend avoiding this. 3. It's pricey Regular sunscreen these days costs around 15,000 won per bottle, right? Some are cheaper, some more expensive, but typically one sunscreen bottle lasts about a month or two. This patch? It's only five applications, and the price is shocking. For a month's worth, it would be astronomical! Plus, it only blocks UV on the area where you apply it, so you still need to use regular sunscreen for full protection anyway. I'm usually someone who tries products as a tester and recommends them if I like them, but this one is really unclear to me. I think it would be amazing for people with flawless skin and no wrinkles, but if you're like me with dimples, some wrinkles, and occasional breakouts, the recommendation becomes pretty ambiguous. I'm giving it three stars. When applying, press it down firmly and quickly, then peel off the side and press that down too. Then peel off the top part! It's similar to applying a phone screen protector, but when I tried to apply it slowly and carefully, it kept shifting and wrinkling, so I ended up throwing it away unused. But you're supposed to remove this later, right? When I have makeup on, it peels off pretty easily because it feels like it's lifting (as I mentioned before), but when I apply it bare-faced and go out, the longer I wear it, the harder it becomes to remove. It feels like I'm peeling off a sheet mask, except it's applied so thinly that it won't come off.
