I usually break out when I wear sunscreen, but this one doesn't cause any acne for me. I'm continuing to use it regularly. Since there's no white cast, I apply it whenever there's even a little sun exposure outside. It's pricey, so I'm using it sparingly on my face. I wish it would go on sale. I skipped this product after reading the reviews, but I ended up receiving it as a gift and decided to try it anyway. I was honestly shocked at how amazing it is! I'm laughing because I can't believe I almost missed out. All those negative reviews seem to be from people with oily skin, right? Since I have really dry skin, this product is absolutely perfect for me. It feels so hydrating and easy to use, and there's something about the refreshing sensation that makes it feel cooling on my skin. I'd definitely recommend saving this one for summer rather than winter. If you have oily skin, this might feel a bit too heavy and shiny on you. I'd recommend this more for people with dry skin types. The refreshing feel of this product is amazing, especially on hot days. I really loved that this serum has a lightweight formula that doesn't feel heavy like typical sunscreen. Even when I apply it after my full skincare routine and right before makeup, it doesn't feel burdensome at all. I kept getting these small bumps that would appear, and I didn't realize it was the problem until I went to the dermatologist. After that cleared up, the bumps came back when I started using the product again. Once I stopped using it, my skin improved. It seems like the product and my skin just weren't compatible. The cool tone of this product looks absolutely stunning on my vanity - it's like having a piece of decor that actually works for your skin! I did experience some eye irritation, nothing severe but it's definitely there. The container is a bit awkward to use, and I found it difficult to pump out the product all the way to the end. The pump dispenser makes it so convenient to apply directly onto your face, and you can easily control how much product you use. It's a serum formula with transparent particles that feels incredibly hydrating when you apply it. Even though it has a nice dewy finish, I was able to skip some of my regular skincare steps and still didn't experience any dryness. I bought this after seeing it recommended on a beauty influencer's YouTube channel, and they were using it on their body during summer, so I picked up several bottles thinking I could use it on both my face and body. However, it turned out to be quite rich and heavy for body application. I'm not sure about the cooling effect either—while it feels moisturizing when you're applying it, once you're done, it leaves your skin feeling heavy and sticky, like you've layered on a thick cream. Lately, there are so many lightweight sun serums on the market that this formula feels noticeably heavier in comparison. Unless you have extremely dry skin, I'd say this is too heavy for summer use. I used it last year without any issues, but recently my skin wasn't in great condition, and whenever I applied just this sunscreen, my skin felt incredibly irritated and my eyes were hard to keep open. Even after rinsing with water, the irritation lingered for a while. I tried several other products during that time, and a few of them caused similar reactions, including this one. My skin is better now and I'm using it again. Since I didn't have problems with it before, I think my skin condition at that time was the real issue. My skin is very dry, and I was pleasantly surprised by this sunscreen. The formula is unique, and I love that it doubles as a primer too. It applies so smoothly and blends beautifully into my skin. The only thing that didn't work for me was the scent, which wasn't really my preference. It spreads smoothly without leaving my skin feeling dry. Since it comes in a pump bottle, it feels more hygienic. My skin starts stinging within seconds of applying this product. The first day I used it, I thought maybe my skin was just having an off day, but when I tried it again on a different day, the stinging and itching came back without fail. It has more oil than hydration, so I get really greasy throughout the day and noticeable darkening of my foundation. I looked in the mirror after lunch and was shocked to see my complexion had turned so dark. My eyes feel irritated too. I normally apply sunscreen on my eyelids, but even without putting this there, my eyes water and feel uncomfortable.
