I've honestly tried products with better absorption before, but they cost four to five times as much, which was really hard on my wallet. This product has great absorption technology too, so I think it's the best bang for your buck. It doesn't have the same satisfying taste as a chewable, and the gel-like texture makes it harder to enjoy. The outer shell doesn't seem to have much nutritional value, so I carefully cut it open with clean scissors and just add the contents to my smoothie.
