This moisturizing cream feels so light and refreshing! I really appreciate that it has a pleasant scent too. It's not bad, but I get this feeling of dryness underneath the surface when I use it. Moisture explosion! Daily cream for dry skin As someone with dry skin, a hydrating cream is truly a lifesaver for me. When my skin gets dry, flakes appear, and when that happens, my makeup starts sliding off... it's a frustrating cycle. So whenever I choose a cream, I carefully consider hydration level, absorption, and whether it causes pilling. With this hydrating cream from Ollboots, I didn't notice it at first, but the more I used it, I thought, "Ah, now I understand why people keep coming back to this" - true! Application: Thick texture that spreads smoothly When I first applied it to the back of my hand, it looked quite dense. I thought, "This will feel heavy on my face," but when I actually applied it, it spread better than expected and felt incredibly hydrating! It's like a plump moisture barrier forms at my fingertips, but the oil doesn't float on top or feel greasy - that surprised me! Absorption: One application provides enough hydration When I first apply it, there's a feeling of a moisture layer sitting on the skin's surface, but after a moment, it absorbs completely and I feel hydration reaching deep into my skin! I usually follow a serum-to-cream routine, and when I use it with the RienK Essential Hydra serum, my skin feels so plump with moisture that touching my face feels amazing. My skin texture also became smoother, and my foundation adheres much better! However, since one application provides enough hydration, applying it twice or more makes it feel heavy and causes pilling. This product is all about using the right amount. Recommended skin types: Definitely YES for dry and sensitive skin! I have dry skin that gets reactive when seasons change, and this product worked perfectly without any irritation. Especially when the weather is unpredictable, before fall arrives or as spring ends, when my skin suddenly feels tight or flakes appear, using this cream solves everything - calming, hydrating, and soothing - all at once! Since it's gentle, those with sensitive skin can use it without worry, and it works well both morning and night, but it truly shines when applied at night! Not recommended for oily skin I can say this with certainty. For those with oily skin, this formula is too rich. If someone with excess oil uses this, it might clog pores, and it could cause heat sensation or even trigger breakouts. So for oily skin, I recommend using an oil-control line instead, and this hydrating cream seems better suited for dry skin or combination skin with dehydrated areas. Heavy texture plus pilling concerns plus the price Of course, no cream is perfect, right? While this hydrating cream had many satisfying qualities, it definitely had some drawbacks. Heavy formula - improper application causes pilling Because the hydration is so effective, the formula itself is quite rich and heavy. So I apply a light serum or essence first, then apply the hydrating cream when it's slightly absorbed, but if I apply it too quickly or rub too much, it pills. Plus, applying it twice definitely causes makeup to bunch up and pilling occurs. So when doing makeup in the morning, controlling the amount is really important, and I recommend waiting for it to absorb into the skin before applying your base! Gentle ingredients but can feel heavy While I didn't experience breakouts, the feeling of it sitting on the skin is quite heavy, so if you were expecting a "light hydrating cream," you might be disappointed. Especially during summer or on days when you sweat a lot, the texture can feel somewhat suffocating, so you'll need to adjust when you use it depending on seasonal conditions! The price is too high - unless it's a gift, I'm hesitant I have to admit this part! The price is quite steep. I received it as a gift, but if I had to repurchase it myself... my wallet would hurt a lot! While the results are good, the amount feels small for the price, so you need to choose carefully depending on your needs. It feels like "a cream too precious to apply generously every day." Perfect pairing with serum! Be careful with layering This product works fine on its own, but I personally strongly recommend using it together with the RienK Essential Hydra serum! Hydrating serum plus hydrating cream combination equals a solid moisture barrier The serum fills the skin with inner hydration, and the cream seals the surface, so the hydration lasts longer and the skin texture becomes much smoother. On days when I used them together, my makeup adhered better and my skin felt more stable. So I've made this combination my daily routine! Layering caution! Heavy application ruins makeup If you apply it twice or use a very rich serum underneath and layer this on top, makeup can bunch up and pill like debris. So I use a small amount in the morning and apply generously at night. There's also a pack-like application method On days when my skin is extremely dry or flakes appear, I spread it thinly and then apply a slightly thicker layer on top, using it like a sleeping mask, and the next morning my skin feels plump and comfortable! It doesn't change much with the seasons, though I do notice it feels slightly oily in the peak of summer and a touch dry in the dead of winter. But honestly, it works great when I layer it with other skincare products. I have sensitive skin, and I'm really happy this one agrees with my complexion. It's not completely non-sticky, but it's definitely not heavy either. This isn't a rich, luxurious cream—it's more on the soothing, gel-like side. That said, it has more hydration and a bit more nourishment than your typical gel moisturizer. The generous size means I can use it generously without worrying, which I love. The fragrance is quite strong, so if you prefer unscented creams, this might not be your match. My friend with amazing skin recommended this to me, and I have to say it really works! I'd love to use it generously every day, but the price tag is making me hesitate... it's just so expensive. I bought it with the ampoule sample included for around fifty dollars, and that ampoule is honestly so good that I'm thinking I'll repurchase in this same set next time.

Combination skin with oily T-zone and dry patches - this line is absolutely perfect for me. My sensitive, breakout-prone skin finally feels balanced with these products. The application is genuinely smooth, and the hydration lasts all the way through the next day. For dry skin, I honestly think nothing compares to this product. I've been a loyal user for years now. Everything about it is great except for the price tag, which is pretty steep. The hydration is fantastic! It has that soothing aloe vera feel to it, which is perfect for calming and cooling down irritated skin. It's not a cream formula, so there's no oily residue. It's ideal for summer use.

First of all, they work really well with my skin type, and the fragrance is absolutely lovely. I use their moisturizing cream year-round, and even during summer, it feels comfortable and doesn't leave that sticky residue, so I keep coming back to it. I tried the sample first and it was so incredibly moisturizing that I loved it right away, so I bought it immediately It worked great for the first few weeks, but now whenever I use this product, I get skin irritation. It's such a shame because it was such a hydrating and wonderful product
